Our businesses brought us together, but we became friends through our shared belief in an integrated approach to entrepreneurship and the desire to not let bringing our individual visions to life mean feeling alone.

As founder of The Way Hōm, she creates transformative healing containers that bridge ancient wellness wisdom with modern needs. Malika Benzekri is a creative entrepreneur and the founder of Kint, a beauty brand rooted in emotional depth and cultural intention. Born and raised in Morocco, she’s spent her life challenging norms, following intuition, and building what she couldn’t find. From food trucks to cosmetics, from Montreal to New York, her journey has always centered around creating beauty that feels true.

At this retreat, she brings not only her entrepreneurial spirit but her deep reverence for gathering, for ritual, and for the courage it takes to choose yourself over and over again. She’ll also be nourishing us with home-cooked meals infused with care, memory, and a love for bringing people together.

Caroline Rice is a creative strategist and the founder of Bellhop, a boutique branding agency for boutique experiences. In her pursuit of living an authentic life, challenging the ways things have always been done is a guiding mantra. When a truth is too loud to silence, too uncomfortable to ignore, it is a catalyst for change, for something new, something better, something bold, something real. Following that feeling is what motivated her to start Bellhop, and continues to guide her actions, both professionally and personally, ultimately leading her to Mūn Häna.

Within Mūn Häna, she brings her insatiable curiosity and commitment to community, leading strategic visioning sessions and excavation rituals rooted in vulnerability, abundance, and gratitude. Her background in hospitality means no detail is left unconsidered, to create an immersive, attuned experience for every guest.
